WOD: #anticipation is killing me

20 min EMOM

Odd Minutes: 12 Plate Ground to Overhead (45/25lbs)

Even Minutes: 6 lengths Sprints  (3 down and backs)

**If you are planning on doing CrossFit Open WOD 13.3 tomorrow, or you need to scale the WOD please do 8 GTO and 4 length sprints/2 down backs

CASHOUT/SKILL WORK: 3rds (Not for Time) 5 Toes to Bar, 5 Pistols (each leg alternating), 5 Knees to Elbows

COMPETITOR/NEXT LEVEL: Bench Press – 1×5 @85%, 1×3@90%, 1×3@95%, 2×3@ 100%  – based off your 2 rep max performed 2 weeks ago.
