Sit Ups

50 Double Unders, 50 Ab Mats, 40 Sit Ups, 4o Abmats,…..

CASHOUT: 10, 8, 6, 4, 2

Pistols

Ring Dips ( Use the vest or hold a weight to scale up)

STRENGTH: Push Press (Using 90% of your 1 rep max) 5 reps at 75%, 3 reps at 85%, 1 rep at 95%, 1 Heavy single.

COMPETITOR/NEXT LEVEL: Split strict pressĀ  5 sets of 3 reps

    Has anyone seen my Double Unders? They have gone missing – 11:18 – A serious drop off…

    Food: 4 (Including delicious Cod Tacos – The “tortillas” need a slight tweak, but the fish was amazing!)
