WOD: #Victoria

5 Rounds for time:

10 Thrusters, (95,65)

14 Box Jump (24,20)

12 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (95.65)

12 Burpees

27 KBS (53,35)

CASHOUT: Mobility/Set your CrossFit 2013 Goals!

STRENGTH: Strict Press – (Using 90% of 1 rep Max) 3 reps at 70%, 3 reps at 80%, 3 reps at 90%, 1 Heavy single

COMPETITOR/NEXT LEVEL:

1a) 3X20 UB GHD Sit-ups – rest 45 sec.
1b) 3X15 Reverse Hypers w/band – medium/heavy, rest 45 sec.

Thurs 2/7 6:30PM – all scores/points must be submitted

Sat 2/9 10AM – Biggest Winner Challenge celebrates all those who participated and announce the Biggest Winners!
