WOD:  #mini bear

10 rds for Time:

2 “Mini” Bear Complex (Rx 115/75lbs) (1 Mini Bear complex consists of 3 Deadlifts, 3 Hang Power Cleans, 3 Push Press, 3 Back Squats)

1 Down/Back Sprint

10 Pullups (Rx +Chest to Bar)  **Pullups will go down by 1 each round.

Ex: 2 Mini Bear Complex, 1 Down/Back, 10 Pullups, 2 Mini Bear Complex, 1 Down/Back, 9 Pullups……2 Mini Bear Complex, 1 Down/Back, 1 Pullup

SKILL/CASHOUT: 8 Wall Climbs with 5 second hold at top

COMPETITOR/NEXT LEVEL: Jerks off boxes  3X1 @ 85%, 4X1 @ 90%, 2X1 @ 95%, 8X1 @ 75% – rest 60-90 sec.
