40m Sprint (20m Down/20m Back)

4 Hang Clean to Thruster (135/95lbs)

8 Burpee Box Overs (24/20inch)

12 KB Swings (53/35lbs)

Rest 1:1 (Don’t rest longer than 3 min)

STRENGTH: Back Squat – Day 3 of the 20 Rep Back Squat Cycle -  +5lb from Day 1 (refer back to 1/16 post for details)

CASHOUT:

2rd (All out NO REST)

12 Hang Power Cleans (Weight used in WOD)

6 Bar Facing Burpees

BIGGEST WINNER SKILLS CHALLENGE: 1 Set of Max unbroken KB swings (Competitor/Next Level 70/53lbs)
