7 Muscle Ups (3 Pullups and 3 Dips =1 Muscle Up)* You can also do Bar Muscle up

CASHOUT:

3 rds (Not For Time)

12 Bulgarian Lunges per leg (35/25)

25 Jumping Squats

COMPETITOR/NEXT LEVEL: 2 Snatches EMOM for 8 at 80%

    So that’s the difference between doing a muscle up during open gym and doing one during a WOD. Wow. I did manage 1 MUP/Rd.
