WOD:  #real fitness

Mini Buy In-10 Rounds:  Suicide Sprints with Med Ball

Partner up. Partner 1 will run 1 down and back with Medicine ball over head. Drop med ball then repeat sprint without ball.  Partner 2 will go while Partner 1 rests. Goal is to get 1o rds per person in 10 total minutes.

5 min to get bar set up, then

3 Hang Power Cleans (115/75lbs) EVERY MINUTE on the MINUTE…..

until you complete either 400 Double Unders or 125 Burpees. There will be no SINGLES today.  (15 minute CAP)

Ex. 3..2…1 Go! Perform 3 Hang Power Cleans then with remainder of minute complete either DU’s or Burpees.  Keep working in this fashion until you reach 400 DU’s or 125 Burpees.

COMPETITOR/NEXT LEVEL: 1 Power Clean + 1 Jerk + 1 Hang Squat Clean   – Every 30 seconds for 5 Minutes.  Goal here is to use the heaviest weight possible for all 10 complexes. You can start heavy and go down if needed but the weight used for your last complex is your “score”.

    Call this one two-face – Flew in the buy in w/ Nick J. 6:53 then Capped on the WOD. There was some improvement, but not nearly enough to get to 400…
