Toes to Bar

Bar Facing Burpees

Back Squat (135/95lbs)

Immediately, upon completion of the WOD complete 50 Ab Mat situps. Your total WOD time includes the 50 Ab Mat Sit ups.

Ex: 10 Toes to Bar, 10 Bar Facing Burpees, 10 Back Squat, 9 Toes to Bar, 9 Bar Facing Burpees, 9 Back Squat…….1 T0e to Bar, 1 Bar Facing Burpee, 1 Back Squat, 50 Ab Mat Sit ups

STRENGTH:

Front Squats – (Using 90% of your 1 rep Max) – 5 reps at 65%, 5  reps at 75%, 5 reps at 85%,

COMPETITOR/NEXT LEVEL (STRENGTH)

Front Squats1) Every 30 seconds for 2:00 (5 reps) – 1 rep @ 80%
-rest 1 minute
2) Every 30 seconds for 2:00 (5 reps) – 1 rep @ 85%
-rest 1 minute

3) Every 30 seconds for 2:00 (5 reps) – 1 rep @ 90%

COMPETITOR/NEXT LEVEL: Clean: 5X1 @ 80%, 5X1 @ 90%, 8X1 @ 70% – rest 60-90 sec. between each rep through sets of 90%, then 30 sec. between each rep at 70%, reps @ 70% should be alternating between Power and full Squat

Here we go…Fit Bodies’ Whole 30 Biggest Winner Challenge 3.0! This challenge is based on Whole 30, with additional incentives to help you succeed! We’ve heard a number of you say that you are a bit apprehensive to commit to Whole 30 100%…so we decided to at least help you commit to making as many healthy lifestyle changes that you can in a 30 day period. Obviously, the more you put into it, the more you’ll get out of it…but we all know that some change is better than staying stuck where you are at. So, we have put together the perfect opportunity for you to start making healthy changes as gradually as you need to, and earn points and prizes along the way!

Our challenge will run Monday 1/7 through Tuesday 2/5. The scoring will start on Monday 1/7 so that you have a full 30 days to incorporate your changes, whether they are Whole 30 or not. Our kickoff will be on Sat 1/5 at 10AM. You must register by Wed 1/2 by 6:30PM. The investment is $30/participant. This will earn you access to our workshops and clinics that we are going to provide to help you on your challenge.  It will go towards all of the prizes that each of you will have a chance to win, but most importantly, it says that you are betting on yourself to succeed!

So…how do you win? By seeing results, of course! The coolest part of this challenge is that everyone wins! Also, everyone participating will have the opportunity to score points every day! The more points you get, the more tickets you get to put in our final drawing! You can earn points by nutrition, attendance, skill improvement, strength improvement, mobility focus, measurements, and body composition. There may be a few mini challenge WODs along the way too:)

A few examples of the prizes are: massage, chiropractic, life coaching, Nutritional Response Testing, Stronger Faster Healthier Products, One Month Fit Bodies Membership, and more!

We are going to keep a Biggest Winner Challenge Score Board to keep track of your progress and points along the way! You will have until Thurs 2/7 at 6:30PM to submit your points. (The point system will be laid out in detail at the Kickoff on Sat AM)

Your Fit Bodies Coaches will decide the top 3 male and top 3 female participants. We are going to let your Fit Bodies family vote on the winner! May the most driven athletes see results, win a few prizes, but most importantly take their health to the next level! We are so excited to see all of you win! Be sure to register TODAY! Challenge Dates Summary:

Wed 1/2 6:30PM – Registration Deadline $30 (additional $12 for success guide)

Sat 1/5 7-9AM Measurements/Body Comp (there will be a sign up sheet for 5min time slots)

Sat 1/5 10AM Biggest Winner Scoring and Rules, as well as a motivational prep talk from our very own Donna Johnson of Renovate Your Lifestyle!

Sun 1/6 Food Prep Day!

Mon 1/7 Scoring Begins

Tues 2/5 Last Day to Earn Points

Wed 2/6-Thurs 2/7 New Measurements (there will be a sign up sheet with times avail)

Thurs 2/7 6:30PM – all scores/points must be submitted

Sat 2/9 10AM – Biggest Winner Challenge celebrates all those who participated and announce the Biggest Winners!
