CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains: Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. CFA is hard work and should feel like it. Players need to come ready to perform the serious task of preparing themselves for elite level practice and play. THEY ARENâ€™T ALLOWED TO JUST GO THROUGH THE MOTIONS.

As stated above, we will condition all aspects of every athlete. We will use the end of each session to incorporate specific sport conditioning, drills, and stretches.
