FIT BODIES CROSSFIT CLASS SCHEDULE

*OPEN GYM This is for those of you who have been through the fundamentals class, know all of the olympic lifts, can set up your own equipment with the correct weight, and have practiced your skill/form for a minimum of 3 months. This is subject to change on holidays or for other special events, at which time all will be welcome.

Saturday Open Gym 8:00- 9:00 AM – Coaches WOD 9:00 – 10:00 AM

Coaches will be there providing coaching, technique development, assisting in skill work and WOD options from 8-9AM. The gym will still be open 9-10AM at which time the coaches will be working on their technique, skills, strength, and WODs. All are welcome from 8-10. If you would like coaching/assistance please plan on being there between 8-9.
