Ready to make protein pancakes!
3 egg whites, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 cup cottage cheese,¬†1 tbsp flax seed, 1/2 banana, 1 tbsp ground cinnamon, 1¬†tsp of vanilla, 1 scoop of protein powder – we like the Juice Plus Complete Chocolate! Topped with almond butter (also homemade:)
